The Potter Violin Co. will give one lucky winner a Friedrich Gerhardt violin with a pernambucco bow and case — Total Value of $2,725
Win a Guarneri Model 202 Violin from a new line of German instruments made only for The Potter Violin Company by a workshop in Erlanger, Germany! All instruments from the new line are crafted from aged Bavarian spruce and Tyrolean maple and are tonally adjusted in The Potter Violin Co.’s Bethesda workshop. The instruments are then carefully hand-finished by Robert McCluskie with traditional oil varnish.
The winner will receive one of the premier violin models from The Potter Violin Co. that is specifically crafted for the advancing student and has a powerful, smooth tone for confident orchestral or solo performance. Along with the Gerhardt violin (value $2,200), the winner will also receive a pernambuco bow (value $350) and a Bobelock violin case (value $175) for a total prize value of $2,725!
