“Tonight My Sleep Will Be Restless” is a Gaelic song about longing for a missing loved one. It appears in Strings Charts edition Scottish Tunes for Beginning String Orchestra: Lamentation for James Moray of Abercarney and Tonight My Sleep Will Be Restless. The companion piece “Lamentation for James Moray of Abercarney” was written by Scottish fiddler Niel Gow on the death of his patron and friend.
