Lincoln Trio Comes to the Windy City
The critically acclaimed Chicago Chamber Music Society kicks off its 76th season September 28 with a concert by the Lincoln Trio, ensemble-in-residence at the Music Institute of Chicago. The piano trio—violinist Desirée Ruhstrat, cellist David Cunliffe, and pianist Marta Aznavoorian—will perform Tchaikovsky’s Piano Trio in A minor, Op. 50 (“Elegiac”) and Jennifer Higdon’s”Pale Yellow/Fiery Red” piano trio.
