Jaime Laredo Celebrates Anniversary at Carnegie Hall

Marks 40th years since his Carnegie debut

Violin and viola soloist Jaime Laredo is celebrating the 40th anniversary of his Carnegie Hall debut with a gala concert on February 16, 2000. Performers will be Laredo’s longtime friends, collaborators, and former students, including violinists Leila Josefowicz, Pamela Frank, Ida Kavafian, and Cho-Liang Lin; violists Michael Tree and Steven Tenenbom; cellists Yo-Yo Ma and Laredo’s wife, Sharon Robinson; pianist Joesph Kalichstein; and the Brandenburg Ensemble. The event will cap more than 60 performances at Carnegie Hall.
