Tascam TC-1S tuner features a battery that can be recharged through solar power. For times when light is hard to come by, the TC-1S can also be recharged through your computer’s USB port. A 25-minute charge time is good for 10 minutes of constant tuning. The Tascam also has a built-in mic and a 1/4" input for an external mic or instrument. This chromatic tuner is accurate to one cent and the display can be set in four modes: bar, fine, strobe animation, and bar graph. A carabiner-and-nylon strap allows you to attach the tuner to a case, or wherever else you may need a solar-powered tuner.
